This page is dedicated to these precious children and to the parents who committed to Kindermusik in support of their children.
I just want to say thank you so much. You really do go the extra mile – from the feedback you gave to the pics on the website. I really do appreciate it. Dominique loves singing and music and we are really glad that she is able to participate in your class.
Kind Regards Ursula |

Matthew has always responded very well to music, and is regularly singing, and doing things to music. Your programme has really helped him learn new things in a structured manner, given him a lot of confidence, and brought him out of his shell quite a bit. We appreciate your input and the Kindermusik programme we do on Saturdays with you. As an example, Matthew has, for a while now, known all the songs on the 2 CDS, what track number and CD they are, and quite regularly quizzes his parents as to what a track is (e.g. CD1 Track 25 is that song about the tree in the hole – the prettiest tree that you ever did see, etc). Thanks, Stuart

I must admit, after the concert, I only then realized where Dian gets all his acts and sayings from… He absolutely loves his music, and gave me a piece of paper the other knight… asking me to write to Father Christmas what he wants… He explained to me …. Mommy the music thing at Mr Price that goes like this (shows how he plays guitar) and very cute… the music that they played at my concert…. The “lawaai”… it is the violin! (Could not help not to laugh) We will definitely let Dian continue with his music in the New Year, and his grandfather especially (aged 78) still playing his piano and accordion are very proud of the youngest following his footsteps… Regards |

Sven LOVES music classes with you. I too have seen a difference in him. [...] Thank you for the time, patience and effort put into Sven’s wonderful learning, musical experience with you. Cindy Brandt |
I would definitlely recommend Kindermusik to other friends.
It helps children's auditory development hugely, listening to various instruments, different music styles. Very stimulating. The social interaction is great too. I like the fact that it is so varied, creative, intellectual, tactile, as well as visual.
My girls can't wait for Kindermusik every week. They love Cath, and the other children. They ask me every day to put on their Kindermusik C.D so they can dance. They remember the words to songs that I can't even remember, even from last years music. I think it has given them an interest in various styles of music as well as an interest in instruments. I think it has been great for their imaginations as well.
Love

Zoë is so happy in your class, she loves to sing and dance and she knows all the words to the songs on your CD.
Zoë has really become so musical since starting Kindermusik and she looks forward to every Monday and she even practices her songs at home. She always asks for the CD in the car and she has such a good memory now for all the songs that I sing to her. I have always sung to Zoë since she was born and this has really paid off and now she can sing to me which I love.
Thanks again for such a wonderful program
Kind regards |
we found out that stephen has Asperger's syndrome. Cannot tell you what a relieve it was to know he is not just plain naughty! Anyway we read that music is very good for calming them down (that also suddenly made sense seeing that he was music mad from very early.) They are very very set in their routine. If you give him toast on wednesday you better give him toast every wednesday. |
I have been thrilled with Hans this term, finding out that he enjoys participating in making music, not only listening to it. The signing that you encourage in class has helped me to be diligent in signing with Hans at home and I am really reaping the rewards of having him understand me better. Hans loves to sing as we all know and Kindermusik is one of the few places outside of home that he does get so vocal. Kindermusik gets more out of him than his speech therapist. My father, a drummer himself, is loving Hans’’ passion for music too and is helping me find new and exciting ways for Hans to experience music. Apparently Richard Koch is conducting Handel’s Messiah in Mandela Square on Easter Sunday 3pm, so we’re going to try and get to that. I’d like to say thank you for your incredible enthusiasm and your passion for music and inputting into Hans’ life in the way that you have!! Kind regards, Lisa Biehler |

Lukene was a slow speaker of English because we are a mixed Portuguese English speaking family. After the first three months with you he started speaking English and his teacher noticed the remarkable improvement in his speech. Also he has become so much interested in singing which I think is a good interactive tool amongst kids. Thanks and he is definitely continuing with you next year. Israel - Lukene’s dad. |

Kindermusik has brought out such a confidence in Jared, when ever he hears any music he starts to dance around in a circle. He would always cry if any other person took him and held him but now he enjoys other people and loves other children, Jared is instantly happy when I put his favorite song on “Hello Hello” and if I don’t have it handy then I just sing it and watch his face light up. He has also learnt to communicate through these lessons, he uses the sign language that he is taught through the songs. I love going to kindermusik classes, It shows me how to help Jared develop! Thank You so much Rene

We have built up a collection of musical instruments (some are toys), that she has chosen herself. We have a family jam at least twice a week at home and she now has invited a friend to join us every Thursday afternoon for this. What was just a time for Chloe and I to spend quality time together has turned into two toddlers making music and dancing. The music CD's we got from you are great and they love it. Next Thursday I will take photo's and forward to you. I also want to buy a different instrument every month to replace the plastic toy instruments we have. If the interest is there I intend to make the most of it. Speak to you soon. Lee |

My 6-year old daughter, Nozi is musically inclined. When she joined her new school in Midrand, she told me about Kindermusik and said that she would like to join. I did not think it was a good idea, as it was already half way through the year. She was not happy with my response, but she did not give up. In fact, she persevered so much and brought back yet another enrolment form and what I sensed, was that she knew I would enroll her, and so I did!! I have realized her musical talent and have learned to support her to nurture her talents. I particularly enjoy watching the children during the Kindermusik classes and how disciplined they are at listening to and following instructions. Her teachers have told me that she sings so sweetly. Her rhythm is astonishing. |

Daniella (3) and Michaela (2) are in the Kindermusik class at Hugs and Kisses crèche in Sunninghill. They absolutely love their Kindemusik classes once a week. They play with their sticks and bells at home and are quite addicted to singing and to music in general. I am quite sure that this is from the excellent start that they have had in your Kindermusik class at school. Thank you so much for giving them the love and attention that they needed to develop their interest in music. Sincerest regards |

My daughter Pooja enjoys Kindermusik especially the intro song. This is the only CD that plays continuously in our car. She also enjoys singing the songs for others, including performing the actions. Thanx |

Abby has developed in leaps and bounds. When I sing the Kindermusik songs to her she does actions and dances. I also believe it has helped her to interact with children and adults alike. Keep up the good work!!!!!! Regards Grandpa Henry |

Aimee has thoroughly enjoyed Kindermusik this year and it has been a pleasure to watch her grow in confidence with her singing and her beat has definitely improved. (I can see it in her dancing) The girls love The Sound of Music – especially Do- a- dear…. It is wonderful to hear Aimee really understand the notes and singing high and low!!!! Thanks for everything Gorete Welland |

| Jamie loves kindermusiek and will dance around the house and sing the kindermusiek songs. He often says he is your 'little helper'. Many thanks for your patience and care with Jamie as he can be a monkey |

Yes Kindermusgiet (as Emma-Beth calls it) has had a huge impact on her. Emma-Beth started taking herself off to Kindermusik classes at age one and a half when the other children went. She would refuse to leave even though she actually wasn't part of the class. Eventually, her crèche alerted us to this fact and we did some research into Kindermusik and enrolled her formally. Since then she continually talks about what she has learnt in her class. Emma-Beth is now three and a half and she asked me the other day for a flute so that she can also play high and low notes like Cathy does. It has definitely helped develop a love for music.

Well Kindermusik has really helped me with little Danni, she used to hate her car seat and being in the car, but ever since we've been going to Kindermusik and she got her CD, i play it for her in the car and she loves it. She also recognises the songs that we sing in class and when it's a song that she doesn't recognise she cries. It's just too cute. Her favourite song is "hey lallie" track 22, i sing that to her when i'm putting her down and it calms her down completely. Thank you Cath and Kindermusik |
